Take a Word Challenge #21 - Architecture

I painted the background (digitally) and added the black and white stencil style skyline (by Christina Renee) which I coloured.  The frame is from one of my software packages and the little girl (altered by re-dressing) was excised from an old postage  stamp many years ago and I can't remember the source.
