Collage Obsession Challenge -A Pair

I love these beautiful old photos. The couple look like pioneers. The woman's face is thin and worn and weary and she is pitifully thin. She probably lived a life of very hard work.
The photo is from Elegia and Itkupilli with bits and pieces of scraps gathered from here and there - some by Lorie Davison at SBG.

    Love this. You are so right, the women had it so hard back then. I think the basic we enjoy must have been a nightmare. Your digital collage is very deep and rich.
