The image (from e-Vint) was originally black and white. I have overpainted the head and shoulders and given her a new hairstyle (and hat). Her skirt is made from a hot hair balloon and her breastplates from steam gauges. Other elements by Maya at Scrapbook Graphics and Lauren Bavin at Digital Scrapbook Place.

Gosh...are those parking meters on her breastplate? Holy smokes, she's an awesome dame! I wouldn't go near her for all the tea in China! Seriously, the whole piece is absolutely brilliant!
