This is a combination of digital painting (in ArtRage software) and a old city skyline by Christina Renee. The picture was, of course, inspired by Van Gogh's Starry Night. Everything is greatly altered and I used a final "impressionist" filter to achieve the grainy result.
What a great dreamy effect, Marie. Beautifully done. I hear the strains of "Starry Starry Night" this very minute!!
