The Three Muses Challenge #8 - INSPIRATIONAL PEOPLE
My collage is made from a googled portrait of Jane Austen and ephemera from Irene Alexeeva and Christine Honsinger/Sherrie JD. The quote is by Jane Austen.
Marie, first off - thank you for such a wonderful theme! Indeed, Jane Austin has inspired many readers through the ages, and her work is still relevant. Excellent theme and a magnificent collage! Hugs, Terri xoxo

Marie, What a wonderful theme you choose. Your art is a beautiful tribute to Jane Austin. Its no wonder your own writing has such impact having her as your inspiration! Beautifully done.
Marie as I said on the Muses earlier this was well worth waiting for, it is truly a wonderful piece and totally in keeping with the period .... and I'm so pleased you decided to keep Jane Austin as your inspiration.
Great theme you chose Marie. Your piece is beautifully composed - so very elegant and evocative of one of Ms Austen's novels (or all of them, really!) =))
What a lovely piece of art and an acute quote. I often forget how few years Miss Austen lived. I did not have time to do an art piece this week but I wanted you to know that this was a wonderful idea And I did spend time thinking about this….. Hope to be back next week…
Marie, this is such a beautiful and romantic piece as the lovely Miss Austin deserves. She is definitely one of my favorites, and you have done her proud. The layered postcard effect and all the ephemera and elements you used here capture her essence beautifully. Great challenge theme too!
