The Three Muses Challenge - THE SEA

 
Mermaids must tire of draping themselves in seaweed and scales so why not some high fashion designs for them?
 
My mermaid has a face drawn by me and an outfit (complete withpeplum)  all cut from a fish tail by Irene Alexeeva.  The bubbles, shell (re-coloured) and raffia bow are also by Irene.  Background by Lorie Davison.

    Marie you put so much beautiful detail into your backgrounds I have to really search your art for all the interesting bits. This is gorgeous as always but I want you to know how I appreciate the detail work you put into your art it is wonderful.

    Your delightful underwater world is so unique, I love the turquoise great texture with the lot of bubbles. Your drawing mermaid is really a beauty and an eyecatcher with her stylish outfit, love the fanciful shells hat.
