Three Muses Challenge - Glamour Vintage

Penelope is an Ozstuffe Originale except for the paper hat and bow (Irene Alexeeva) and the background (Rosey Posey).  The only drawback to Penelope's glamorous designs was that she couldn't go out on a rainy day.  You've heard of Shabby Chic?  This is Ultra-Shabby Chic.

  6. Your girls are always adorable. Now, I'm curious, what is meagre? Newsprint paper? Wrapping paper? To me is a fish, but obviously she is NOT using a dress made of fish skin :)
