Penelope is an Ozstuffe Originale except for the paper hat and bow (Irene Alexeeva) and the background (Rosey Posey). The only drawback to Penelope's glamorous designs was that she couldn't go out on a rainy day. You've heard of Shabby Chic? This is Ultra-Shabby Chic.
