Mixed Media Monday - Memories

I don't know if I have succeeded but I wanted this envelope to look "aged".  It is still waiting for an address and a postmark.  Enlarge for small details.  The image is from Wikimedia Commons and other bits and pieces by Irene Alexeeva at Scraporchard.  Grunge overlays by Lauren Bavin and Manuela Zimmerman.

    I love it!!!!! It looks aged and vintage and perfectly lovely! I, too, would be delighted to find this in my mailbox!!! (though I wouldn't even want to open it for fear of ruining it!)

    Imagine opening a forgotten box and finding this beautiful envelope tucked away inside, all crinkled, slightly fading, no address! Imagine the contents and the secrets and memories enfolded within it ready to be set free ........ Ooooooa! Magical.
