I love your pocket and your pocket story….. I hope someday you will show us a picture of your favorite apron…Do you place it each night on A Special hook?
I love your art, but I especially love your pocket story. You must have to tie the apron very tight to keep it from sagging to your ankles, with all you manage to put in it! Thanks for sharing, Marie. It's wonderful!
Love your "Grandmom", but I ADORE the story! My Grandmother always wore an apron, and always had pockets full of surprises! Thanks, Marie, for reminding me of those sweet memories! Hugs, Terri xoxo
I agree with all the others Marie ! And ask myself if you stiched the pocket double on your apron ? With so many things in it. Don't fall when you bending forward. :-) Just kidding...i LOVE your story !! warm greetings from me.
aw, what a sweet little pocket story..of LOVE!! I bet your grandchild does love to look inside..someday you should surprise him with a pocket of candies!!! That would be fun! Love your art piece..it's heartwarming
I love your apron with it's fantastically voluminous pocket and your story is a hoot Marie. Above all though I just love your hand painted (digitally) picture, book, Grandma and all. Standing O my friend.
Oh, Marie, your journal page and story are so warm and sympathetic! I can see in my mind's eye the numerous things you are carrying around in your big pocket. - Thank you so much for all your kind comments on my blog! They make me blush for pleasure and joy.

ReplyDeleteThat's so cool, Marie, love the 'story' & admit I wear an apron, too, cos I can be a messy person in the kitchen!!
ReplyDeleteGreat painting. I love the idea of an open journal. The background is interesting too. Grandma is a real winner!!
