Take a Word Challenge - SHADES OF BLUE

This week the theme is SHADES OF BLUE.
This image found its way into my stash many years ago.  The face has a haunting quality.  The picture was originally in sepia tones.  I have overpainted and altered  it and added some Photoshop water colour brushes.

    She is the perfect image for this challenge. Her eyes tell of her mood, some sadness making her blue. Even the paint drips hint of tears. Beautifully done♥
