The Three Muses Challenge - BALLOONS

This week the challenge at the Three Muses is BALLOONS.  My balloon lady is tied up in knots.  The image was made from a face by me, costume from Maya at Scrapbookgraphics, rope and balloon from software and the background is from Itkupilli.
