Three Muses Challenge - HATS

 


Thanks to Ann for the hat challenge!  The image is from Graphics Fairy. I converted it to a PS brush and tinted it with digital water colours.  The flourish on the hat is a PS brush.  Background a scanned dictionary page.  Leaf scatter from ArtRage software.
