Yes, kookaburras do laugh, chuckle, giggle and snigger and they do it very loudly especially where I live. They are large birds of prey, swooping on small animals, rodents and large insects. The kookaburra and eucalyptus leaves were Googled. Other bits and pieces are from Rosey Posey at Scrapbookgraphics.
