I love collage - especially the ones that don't make a lot of sense! This is my illustration of the song "It's only a paper moon". The cardboard was Googled, waves by Ruth Davis of E-scape and Scrap, paper doll by Joanne Brisebois with face painted by me. I also painted the moon and made the "muslin tree" from net pieces.
Beautiful fancy collage, I love the cheerful carefree atmosphere, love the paintings too.

ReplyDeleteI don't know what hits my eye first : the quirky moon, the dramatic colours, your amazing painted lady or the 'muslin tree' .. but suffice to say that every tiny bit of this collage blows me away, Marie.
