I suppose I should call this one "Sewing goes Surreal". I have no idea where it came from because my mind, especially in my senior years, works in mysterious ways and sometimes not at all.
The sky background is from Holliewood at Deviantscrap. The dress form is from Lauren Bavin with sewing bits and pieces from JenU Designs. The face(s) and half dress were painted in ArtRage.
This has such a surreal touch to it...it looks like something Ann would do. Fabulous I love the hats and the stitched background...bravo!
ReplyDeleteLove it! She looks happy with her half-dress.
ReplyDeleteGreat great great pic Marie! I love all about it! Colors, ideas, frames, Bg, details... All!! I think your mind works quite well indeed my dear! Bravo!:)
ReplyDelete....and it all came together in a charming bit of art!! Clever, as always, Marie!

Love that surreal sewing art work. Fantastic idea and realization. I think your mind works better in your senior years than earlier.*g* So I'm thankful for all your inspirations.

ReplyDeleteBlame it on your Muse, Marie .. she made you do it. But I'm so glad she did, it's clean, unclutterd, fantabulous and those faces are to die for. A big bravo.
