Thanks to the ladies at Art Creations Friday for the lovely image. (Welcome back, we've missed you!)
I used the face from the ACF picture and blended it into a painting that I found on Wikimedia Commons (copyright free). I finished off with a photo of flowers given to me by my friend Ann (Taluula) and I have blended this into the background.
a stunning creation!!!

Wow, Marie, I wouldn't have recognised her - great disguise. A lovely and creative piece.
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew how you did it, Marie. Your digital work always my jaw drop! This beauty looks exactly like I've always imagined Guinevere looked: innocent, ethereal, and strong. And cornflower blue is the perfect foil for her golden hair and gown. This is so perfect that it should be a full-sized portrait in a museum!
ReplyDeleteWow, love the blending of the face into the painting, Marie, perfect in every way! Sorry, LP, Lower Hutt is at the bottom of the north island just up from Wellington & I'm a little further up than that but not by much!! I think the dog may have sensed the quake but I didn't feel or hear a thing - luckily!)
ReplyDeleteOh wow Marie, how did I miss this one .... she is exquisite and infinitely frameworthy! Perfect.
