I scanned the open pages of the pocket dictionary, added some digital water colour painting, the girl's image from Paper Whimsy and the baby from Hidden Vintage Studios (no longer selling).  The quote says: "Every child is an artist.  The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up". (Pablo Picasso).

The Three Muses Challenge - INTERESTING HEADWEAR

I started with a Googled image which has been overpainted and then I added lots of Photoshop brushes to create her "headwear".
