This week at the Muses the theme is THE PRINTED WORD. I Googled a black and white photo, converted it into a Photoshop brush and placed it over a chopped up dictionary page I made. Water colour paint was added.
I have used the well known image of my Uncle Paul (by marriage) for this picture (colour and alterations added). The piano was Googled. As far as I know Uncle Paul didn't play the piano but IF HE DID he would have been his own best audience as superiority was his middle name,
This week at Take a Word the theme is NUMBERS. I made the numbered background. The identical twins are from e-vint.com (no longer selling). Image extracted from black and white photo and coloured a little.
This week at Take a Word the theme is FLORAL. The image is from my huge collection from the now defunct website e-vint.com. (Image coloured from original black and white and re-dressed, collage style). Background Rosey Posey formerly of Scrapbook Graphics.
This week at Digital Whisper the theme is FALLING LEAVES. The image is from e-vint.com (coloured and altered). This website no longer exists. The autumn leaf was Googled and the background is from Rosey Posey formerly of Scrapbookgraphics.
This week at the Three Muses the challenge theme is STEAMPUNK. The painting of Adam and Eve is from Wikimedia Commons (altered and more tastefully dressed). Background Lorie Davison. Steampunkerie from Marta van Eck.
This week at Digital Whisper the theme is PARIS. I have chosen to create a colorful poster using a Toulouse Lautrec picture from one of his posters. The background is by me and I have used several different fonts to highlight the things to see when visiting Paris.
This week at Take a Word the theme is HEART. I have made a collaged paper doll using bits and pieces and the red heart painted by me. Tumbling playing card pieces from Irene Alexeeva no longer designing.
