Three Muses - Whirls, Twirls and Flourishes

My twirls, whirls and flourishes are Photoshop brushes.  The image is from e-vint.com.  I have coloured and overpainted it in places.  I also painted the balloon.  Background by Beth Rimmer at Deviant Scraps.
