Three Muses Challenge - Vintage collage/memories

The idea for my collage came from looking through old newspaper pages and seeing the outrageous claims made in advertisements in "the good old days".  I am old enough to have memories of newspaper ads claiming miracle cures for this and that.  Thank goodness nowadays there has to be (or should be) truth in advertising.  I'm sure some slippery customers manage to get around the rules.
The image is a Flickr-free-to-use photo and the old newspaper clippings are from Jen U Designs.

  6. Hmmm...that gun (rifle?) is uncomfortably close to your gentleman's head! Maybe all the ads are driving him nuts? Very well done, Marie, as always. I'm not participating in online challenges this week because of travel and other obligations, but should be back online by Friday.See you then!

  9. I am amused by the gun pointing to his head, Marie, if it fails with the cures is that the last resort? A real classic vintage piece that you create so well!
