Sunday Postage - Christmas Greetings

Here in south-west Australia we are in heatwave conditions. The forecast for Christmas Day is 36 deg C which is 97F. Santa is enjoying a break on the beach but he is a little bit sunburnt.
May I wish all my great blog friends a peaceful and happy Christmas and a wonderful 2010.

Background cut from papers by Fiddlette at Scrapartist. Santa painted by me.

What a fun Santa...I am sure he must love getting to Australia, especially when he gets out of Canada :)) But we are having a beautiful day today -14c. with a light snow...sure beats the temps we had last week that were in the -37c. with wind chills to -48c. Have a wonderful Christmas and make sure to apply sun block to Santa!! Hugs, Gayle

  21. How cute!!! First time, I think, I've seen Santa's tummy minus the suit!! What a happy card and fellow! Say, we've got 20" or more of snow. Hmmm...97 degrees vs. 20" of snow...I may opt to keep the snow. But whatever the temp, Marie, may you have a grand and glorious Christmas! Hugs, LynnF

Thanks for visiting my blog. Just to clarify the background of stamps I ended up using is from Elizabeth Golden, Last Door Down the Hall. My collection is in piles! The other colors, script stamp etc are my own.

    Wishing you a "cool" Christmas.
