Art Creations Friday - First Anniversary

Congratulations to the lovely ladies at Art Creations Friday on the first anniversary of their wonderful challenge.
I have used the image to wish all our American friends a happy Thanksgiving this month.
The face is from ACF, the costume painted by me, the turkeys and turkey dinner are Flickr-free-to-use images. The window is by JenU designs.
The lady is looking sad because, like me, she is a vegetarian.

  7. What a wonderful piece, Marie! So thoughtful of you to provide a special Thanksgiving treat for us here in the USA. I am amazed by your creativity. I can't imagine how you were able to put that sweet little face on your new body. I have much to learn.

  8. Your "manufactured" people always leave me "gobsmacked" (as they say in Oz). This is superb, Marie, not to mention timely. Her dress is just splendidly done! APPLAUSE

  17. Well, Marie...you always come up with something I would never have thought of! This is great! I hope that poor, dear lady didn't have to "off" that turkey herself! I look forward to celebrating my non-vegetarianism this Thanksgiving! Have a very Happy Thanksgiving, even sans the turkey! ~Lori

  20. Oh she does look sad, but I'm not so sure it's because she's a vegetarian, more likely she still has those other two turkeys to cook. Hee hee. Love it.
