Mixed Media Monday - Lotsa Layers

Layering can be seen to better effect on enlarged picture!
Thanks to Diane for a great challenge. I had a lot of fun with this but lost count of the layers. I would guess at least eight. Overlays by Berna Datema and Katie Pertiet. Cardboard edge pieces by Windgefluester.

  28. Marie, this is VERY cool. You know, the Mona Lisa herself is made up of multiple layers. I saw a really cool exhibit on DaVinci that had a fabulous and detailed study of the Mona Lisa included. I think DaVinci would be impressed with your treatment of his lady.
